Taxes will be pro-rated as of date of settlement. Properties will be sold "AS-IS", by the boundaries, without warranty, expressed or implied. A 2% referral of the final sales price paid to participating brokers. Brokers must be present at the auction and registerd 48 hours prior to the auction to receive referral.
